100 reps of the following complex:

3 USA KB Swings 70/55

2 KB Goblet Squats

1 KB Push Press – Right arm

1 KB Push Press – Left arm

*The KB can’t touch the floor during the workout. If it does the penalty is 5 synchronized burpees

*You must complete one full round before switching but you can do multiple rounds at a time. For example: you can alternate partners each round OR partner A can do 3 rounds and then switch to partner B and then partner B can do 3 rounds or 2 rounds or 1 round or however many rounds your heart desires.
