150 Burpees For Time*

*E2MOM perform: 1 Goblet Squat (70/55) and 1 Toe To Bar. Increase by 1 rep every round.

Begin WOD by performing 1 goblet squat and 1 toe to bar. Then at minute 2 you’ll perform 2 of each movement, at minute 4 perform 3 of each movement, minute 6 perform 4 of each movement, etc.

WOD ends when you complete burpees or you can no longer complete the goblet squats and toe to bar in the two minute window.

Score: total reps, if you time out

Note your time in the comments if you complete all 150 burpees.
