Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for Time:

15 Deadlift 155/105lbs

8 Handstand Push-Ups
Scale:

Deadlift:Reduce load of deadlifts.

Handstand Push Ups: Box pike position handstand push ups, handstand push ups to ab mats, strict dumbbell press.

Goals: lots of light weight deadlifts here. Make sure our mechanics our on point. Keep that back straight and keep shins vertical. Choose a weight that we can perform the deadlifts in a paced touch and go style. Try to avoid deadlift singles in this workout. Time under tension=gainz. Handstand push ups/option should be unbroken throughout. If you have to break these up do so with minimal rest.
