Immediately after the 8 mins, the couple will complete the following:

Run 800m together

100 USA KB Swings 55/35

100 KB Front rack lunges 55/35

400 Double Unders/600 singles

50 Hand Release Push ups

50 Alternating KB Clean and Jerks 55/35

Run 800m together
