*athlete chooses their weight for the power cleans. Score =total reps of all three rounds x weight for power cleans.
* athlete uses the same bar for front rack lunges that they use for power cleans. Therefore, they must be able to perform 12 front rack lunges at whatever weight they choose for the power clean.
