5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
Pull-ups
You are going for As Many REPS as possible, unbroken on each movement. You may rest at the top or bottom of the bench press, however, as soon as you rack the bar or someone helps get the bar up, you are done. Designed for you to hit muscle failure.

Same rules apply for pullups. You can rest at top or bottom of pull up, however, as soon as you let go of the bar you are done. You can use any grip you’d like or switch grip throughout the pull up sets as long as you do not touch the ground to do so.
