Teams of 2:

5 Rounds for time:

50 Overhead Plate Lunges 45/25

400 m run

*each team will use a single weighted plate while passing it back and forth as they split reps as needed for the lunges. Team will run together and pass the plate back and forth as needed. If at anytime the plate drops the ground then the team will do 5 Burpees.
