3 rounds for reps
1 heavy slam balls 50/30
2 tire jump overs (middle to outside =1 rep)
3 KB swings 55/35
4 Ab Mat sit ups/GHDs
5 double KB OH walking lunge (total feet) 55/35
Partner a works for one minute, partner b works for one minute.
You will need to accumulate 2 minutes at each station per round. This will be a 30 minute workout.
