At SXF, we strive to continually improve fitness levels through constantly varied programming pulled from all domains of fitness; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Our community consists of a wide range of athletes and fitness levels that love to train hard and have a good time in our welcoming and encouraging environment. At Santiam, we want to break down barriers while setting new standards on a continual basis.
