CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. All of our CrossFit workouts combine running, rowing, jumping rope, weightlifting, and many bodyweight exercises. All movements are scalable for all fitness levels. We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, slam balls, and boxes. These classes are an hour long consisting of a whole group warm-up, skill or strength development, conditioning, and mobility.
