In a Team of 2:

30 min AMRAP of:

50 Double Unders

40 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 KB Swings (70/53)

20 Burpees

10 Pull-Ups

Each team member will alternate movements, (Partner A will do 50 double unders, Partner B will do 40 wall balls, Partner A will do 30 KB Swings, Partner B will do 20 burpees, Partner A will do 10 pull-ups, and so on until the 30 minutes are complete).
